All players must complete thier health history and concussion forms to participate on Monday.

Please see Parent Portal for the High Schools athletic fee, Health History and the Concussion Protocol forms. All will need to be completed the start of practice.

As on Tuesday 8/12/25 only one player had complete their forms.
